Lol for the «nope, your divorce is not special».

Anytime I read this kind of stories I fear how many misunderstandings come from approaching anything with your own cultural background.

The job is incredibly different outside the US/anglophone world. In Europe, young lawyers are underpaid and exploited. The amount of money you charge in three/four hours is what we might charge for an entire divorce 😅

It makes me wonder how many stories we read «adding» details that the writer can’t even imagine. Do we always need to explicit our «background»?
