Thank you for writing this. I feel you and I hope you will soon find balance again. Personally, it took me really a lot, but at the end you gain a really wide knowledge of your value and the ability to quickly detect if you are disrespecting yourself.

This sentence stayed with me more than others, because I remember that after my breakup I kept saying to myself and my therapist that all of that happened because I couldn’t believe that somebody who loves you can harm you. So anything he said must have been somehow true or in good faith.

But that’s it. It’s the fact that you become unable to understand that’s not love at all. That it never was.
